• NOTE: Due to the Canada Post work stoppage shipping times may be impacted. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

• We offer free pick up at our studio in Fall River, Nova Scotia.

• Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada at this time. 

• Most orders are ready for pick up or are shipped within 1 - 2 business days.

All orders are shipped out of our studio in Fall River, Nova Scotia.

• We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are between 2 -7 business days in Canada.

• You can pick up your order directly from our studio at the Potager located in Fall River.

• Please choose the "Pick-Up" option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with the details as to how and when to pick up your package.

• Wild Witch Potager wants to provide you with the most magical experience possible. If you are unsatisfied with your product selection for any reason, an exchange or return may be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Products and their containers must be in the condition in which they were received; have not been opened, lit, damaged, labels removed, and in original packaging.

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible.

We take care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but know sometimes damages occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
